Data Deletion Policy

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data from BhajanPremi at any time. This page explains what data we store and how to request its removal.
What Data We Store About You
- Account info — name, email address, Google profile picture (from Google Sign-In)
- Profile data — bio, city, country, website (if you added these)
- Favorites — list of bhajans you marked as favorites
- Gallery uploads — photos you uploaded to the Gallery
- Session logs — login times, IP addresses (retained 30 days)
How to Request Account Deletion
Option 1: Self-Service (Fastest)
Log in to your account at bhajanpremi.com/profile→ go to Account Settings → click "Delete Account". This immediately deletes your profile, favorites, and gallery uploads.
Option 2: Email Request
Send an email to creatorsdesigno@gmail.com with:
- Subject: "Data Deletion Request — BhajanPremi"
- Your registered email address (the one used to sign in with Google)
- Optional: reason for deletion
Option 3: Phone
Call us at +91 98262 95153 (Mon–Sat, 10 AM–6 PM IST) and request account deletion. We will verify your identity and process the request within 7 days.
What Happens After Deletion
- Your account, profile, and favorites are permanently deleted within 7 days
- Your gallery photos are removed from public display immediately; deleted from storage within 30 days
- Anonymized/aggregated data (e.g., bhajan view counts) that cannot identify you may be retained
- Server access logs may be retained for up to 30 days for security purposes, then automatically deleted
- You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete
Revoking Google Access
If you signed in with Google, you can also revoke BhajanPremi's access to your Google account:
- Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions
- Find "BhajanPremi" and click "Remove Access"
- This prevents future sign-ins but does not delete data already stored with us — please also submit a deletion request above
